As you know, this will be a big transition year as we expand each team from rosters of about 10 girls to rosters of about 15.  We are going to have open tryouts for players to come from outside of McLean, and we will have the opportunity for girls on each of the three existing teams to request to be moved.  I know this is going to be a bit chaotic for me to manage, but I'd like to have every girl on all three teams email me back at GreenFury@juno.com with the following information by this Friday:

We'd like everyone to wear a white T-shirt to each of the tryouts.  The Fury girls will be assigned a number that is your present uniform number + 50 so if someone is currently 35, the tryout number that gets pinned on will be 85.  Girls who are new to the club will be assigned numbers starting with 1 through 50.  We understand that not everyone can make it to all of the tryouts, but we'd like you to do your best to make as many as possible.  I will be in charge of the database and preregistering all the girls up until the start of the first tryout. Gayle von Seggern will then take over the field-side administrative aspects and Jamil and his coaching staff will handle the evaluations.
